Electricity $50 | $75
All vendors who require electrical access for food burners, computers, music, display boards or any appliance or equipment requiring electricity must pay a separate fee for electrical access unless their booth or sponsorship notes that it is included. Electrical access requested after September 1, 2010 will incur a $25 late fee.

Extra Booth Table & Chair Package
One 6 foot or 8 foot additional table (length of table based on availability). Each booth includes at least one table (except Soup to Nuts which includes two (2)). Also includes two additional chairs (by request only). Any exhibitor who requests an extra table on-site on the day of the show will incur an additional $10 (total of $35 per table).

The Tallahassee Food Festival is an opportunity to bring together Tallahassee’s culinary community in an effort to showcase the talent, creativity and diversity of local eateries. 

  • Food and Beverage Exhibitors   - restaurants, caterers, cooking appliances and more!
  • Cooking Stages  - professional chefs and local amateurs
  • Kids Kitchen – kids cooking and activity area
  • Farmers’  Market  - fresh produce
  • Indoor Tailgating Area – fine dining & specialty cuisine

Admission: $8 adults, FREE - kids 12 and under – our goal is to make this event affordable for you, the exhibitor and our community guests so that you receive the most exposure possible at our event

Charity:  Producing large scale events are great, but our local organizations need  our help. This year's benefactor will be the Elder Care Services Meals on Wheels' program. Portions of the proceeds for this event will benefit this deserving organization to create awareness and refill their pantry. Additional donations will be accepted on-site at the event.
